Clinical Support Worker (Mac 2)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Support Worker to work within our District Nursing teams. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and carry out routine care for patients in support of and supervised by District Nurse/Registered Nurse. You
