Entry Level 1st Line Support

Salary: £25,000 - 28,000 per year Requirements: Experience or knowledge of SQL would be a bonus. We will consider candidates with a customer service background or previous IT support experience. Responsibilities: Answer our helpdesk phone line and manage our helpdesk ticketing system. Respond to gen
