Palliative Care Support Worker

St Peters Hospice are looking to recruit additional Palliative Care Support Workers to our Hospice at Home team providing care in the community across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. If you are a dedicated and experienced healthcare assistant/support worker with an interest in wor
