Palliative Care Support Worker

The Vacancy St Peters Hospice are looking to recruit additional Palliative Care Support Workers to our Hospice at Home team providing care in the community across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. These are permanent vacancies. Full or part-time hours will be considered. If you are
