You must have: * Excellent phone customer service experience in a fast-paced industry ideally office/ depot * Good IT skills (Microsoft, database, spreadsheets, CRM systems) excellent telephone manner and communication skills * Full driving licence and commutable to Haddenham daily 8.30-5.30(not hyb
