Roles & Responsibilities Provide guidance to the team on daily, monthly, and quarterly work plans in accordance with the formulated targets. Actively coordinate and participate in the morning huddle. Monitor and maintain the sourcing funnel adequately. Conduct 'on the job' training for the sales exe
