Role Summary: Support the legal team in reviewing and drafting basic contracts, identifying risks, and coordinating with internal teams. Key Skills Required: Basic knowledge of Contract Law, Corporate Compliance & IP Familiarity with MSAs, NDAs, and SaaS agreements Ability to compare contracts with
