Medical Records Manager

Key Responsibilities: • Manage the complete medical record documentation process, from patient consultation through treatment and follow-ups. • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of consultations, diagnosis, treatment plans, prescriptions, procedures, and follow-up notes. • Review patient reco
