Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: I. Manage end-to end recruitment processes for Engineer / Sr Engineer/ Asst Mgr level. II. Partner with hiring Managers to understand workforce requirements. III. Manage onboarding activities, including documentation and new hire orientation. IV
