Job Description Roles & Responsibilities: CASEWORK AND COUNSELLING • Manage 25-30 C&C active cases (mainly low-moderate level of complexity) per quarter. • Conduct assessment, planning and intervention for cases by taking into account the integration of a range of information, including practice gui
