Legal Consultant - M&A (Part-time)

We are currently on the lookout for Legal Consultants with M&A experience on a part-time basis to join our ranks and support our clients: Lead and support M&A and other corporate transactions, including due diligence, drafting, negotiating and closing, working with external counsel Requireme
