Culinary Intern

Position purpose Should demonstrate initiative at all the time, strong desire to improve on skills and knowledge. A Commis 1 & 2 should have the ability to produce own work in accordance with deadline and seek own solutions to the minor obstacles that occur from time to time. Essential functions Review the daily production sheets with chef de partie or sous chef when the first is not present.
