Why is my profile showing blank after login?
Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). If that doesn't work, log out and log back in. If the issue persists, raise a ticket above.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your profile settings. Your plan stays active until the end of your billing period. Raise a billing ticket above if you need any help.
Is my LinkedIn data safe?
Yes. You upload your own personal data export (GDPR Article 20). Your data is encrypted, stored securely in the EU, and never sold or shared with third parties. You can delete your account and all data at any time.
How do I delete my account?
Raise a ticket with the category "Account & login" and request deletion. We'll permanently delete all your data within 30 days as required by GDPR.
