Any student who has registered on GetHireIn and indicated your institution as their university. Students who have been inactive for more than 12 months are not counted against your limit. You are never billed for students you did not recruit — they find GetHireIn themselves.
We will contact you before your limit is breached, not after. You can choose to upgrade your plan or we will agree a grace period. We will not lock you out of your dashboard or stop students from joining.
Yes. A full UK GDPR Article 28-compliant Data Processing Agreement is available for all plans. For Pilot and Partner it is available on request; for Enterprise it is included as standard. GetHireIn Ltd is registered with the ICO. Student data is held on EU-region infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit.

Yes. The free 60-day pilot covers up to 100 active student profiles with full dashboard access. No credit card required. At the end of the pilot, you choose to convert to a paid plan or walk away — there is no auto-renewal and no pressure.
GetHireIn Ltd is ICO-registered. Student data is never sold, never used for advertising, and is processed only for the purposes described in our DPA. Students own their own data and can request deletion at any time. International transfers (AI processing via Anthropic) are covered by an International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA).
The first three universities to sign receive 50% off Year 1, locked at that rate for Year 2, then full pricing from Year 3.
