GetHireIn is creating a career community where people are seen for their potential, supported by others, and connected to real opportunity. We're looking for people who care about education, employability, technology and building something meaningful.
GetHireIn was created to make career building feel less lonely, less transactional and more human. We believe people should have access to guidance, mentoring, visibility and opportunity at every stage of their journey.
Joining GetHireIn means helping build a platform that supports students, graduates, career changers, job seekers, mentors, employers and universities.
To make career opportunity more accessible to everyone.
A world where every person can build a career they are proud of.
Careers grow when people help one another.
We believe people are more than a CV.
Every feature should help someone move forward.
Success means helping others access opportunity too.
We are interested in people who are curious, practical, kind and ambitious. You don't need to have followed a perfect career path. In fact, we value people who understand what it feels like to need a chance, a mentor or a door to open.
We are always looking for great people in:

We're actively hiring for one role right now, with more planned as GetHireIn grows.

We welcome you to the team and help you get started for success.
GetHireIn is looking for our first dedicated sales hire β someone to own and drive university partnerships across the UK and the Middle East, particularly the UAE. This is a genuinely early-stage role: you'd be joining a young company with real, live product and real university conversations already underway, but no established sales team or playbook yet. You'd be building that.
What we can say for certain: you'd have real autonomy to shape how university sales works here, direct access to the founder, and the chance to build something from a genuinely early stage rather than join a sales team that already has its playbook set.
We review every application personally. If it looks like a good fit, we'll be in touch to arrange an intro conversation.
If you care about careers, education, technology and opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
